1. Describe any pertinent events or stories that led to the desire for this ceremony. How did you get to this next step? Is there anything related to your story that you would like to share or symbolize in the ceremony? If so, how? :

2. Describe how you imagine your life will be different after the ceremony. What positive expectations do we want to help embody with the ceremony? Is there any way this vision can be symbolized or incorporated into the ceremony? If so, how?:
